FTU...Life after the military Podcast

In this episode I discuss the passing of a fellow service member who recently retired.  I discuss the lack of motivation I have had over the last several weeks.  I talk about the difference between management and leadership and why 99,9% of military personnel are managers and NOT leaders.  I give a shout out and the customary farewell "ZOT! ZOT! ZOT!" and "ROLL TIDE!!!"
