In this episode I talk to Stacy, my pal. She describes her transition out of the military and the reasons why she decided to retire. We discuss the importance of seeking medical attention for any physical/mental problems you might be experiencing. We also discuss the importance of putting yourself first during the transition out of the military and why the individuals in SFLTAP might not be the best source of medical advice. ZOT!" and "ROLL TIDE!!!!"
