In this episode I talk to Stacy, my pal. She describes her transition out of the military and the reasons why she decided to retire. We discuss the importance of seeking medical attention for any physical/mental problems you might be experiencing. We also discuss the importance of putting yourself first during the transition out of the military and why the individuals in SFLTAP might not be the best source of medical advice. We look into the importance of identifying what you want to do when you leave the military and why it is okay if you don't have an answer. We end the show with Shout Outs and our weekly "ZOT! ZOT! ZOT!" and "ROLL TIDE!!!!"
P.S.
Stacy was the first officer I encountered who was a true leader (it only took seven years to meet an actual leader in the military).
