Episode 90 - I want to be like Mike!!

In this episode I catch up with Mike Jackson (not that Mike Jackson). I met Mike years ago in the medic refresher course and he is part of the reason why I sought out assistance for my mental health issues. I also continued with my education because of the advice Mike provided during my time in refresher. Mike is also one of the few people on the planet who did not make fun of me for liking heavy metal music and I will always be grateful for that.
