Episode 81- Assertive or Aggressive? You decide

In this episode I discuss the two different experiences I had this week where I had to decide to either be assertive or aggressive.  I talk about the myth of the "All Knowing" mythical captain and why rank means absolutely nothing while in the military and after the military.  I end the show with the farewell "ZOT!"
