In this episode I discuss the issues that people from my old unit are facing while transitioning.  I discuss my issues over the last several months and how I learned to slow down.  I talk about the myth of hiring character over skills and I give some shout outs to some UK friends.  I end the show with a recommendation for Bill Mitseff and a farewell "ZOT!
