Episode 22 - Al...What a leader should be

In this episode I speak to my pal, Al.  We discuss the attributes of a leader.  We talk about how he took a broke down, old paratrooper (me) and motivated him.  We discuss the importance of empathy and self-awareness.  The episode is part one of two and the second part will be uploaded later this week with minor announcement.
